February 6, 2001 — Bellevue, WA — ITTIA (www.ittia.com), established in February of 2000, is now proud to celebrate its first anniversary. During its startup year, ITTIA has achieved profitability, significantly expanded its team, and positioned itself to offer solutions for both the embedded and mobile computing markets.
In 2001, ITTIA plans to enhance its product and service offerings in embedded data management and mobile computing. Our goal with customers is to research each unique set of application requirements, recommend the ideal embedded and/or mobile solution, and help implement the solution. Our portfolio includes more than a decade of experience with different embedded database and mobile computing products, and we continue to add to our staff. ITTIA aims toward becoming the premiere "Center of Excellence" for the embedded and wireless sectors.
ITTIA has established three divisions: Embedded Database Solutions, Mobile Solutions, and Research and Development.
The Embedded Database and Mobile Solutions divisions address IT challenges across industries. The ITTIA Solutions Team has proven capable of delivering a wide range of end-user applications, by itself and in cooperation with strategic partners.
ITTIA's Research and Development division focuses on developing platform technology for data management, data communications, and information mobilization. This group's offerings include the Ittialogy product line, consisting of software platforms for fast, reliable and flexible embedded data management and for efficient, timely information distribution and integration.
During the year, ITTIA has also launched relationships with specific database vendors whose software is complementary to our own, and continued to work with mobile platform and tool providers who share our vision.
While expanding our scope with new and existing clients and partners, we have taken steps to build a telemarketing team to expand the company's reach. As it moves forward, ITTIA will target the development markets for systems requiring fast, reliable data management (Embedded Data Management division) and mobile applications for the field service, healthcare, retail, logistics and industrial markets (Mobile Solutions division).
